Budget version of my Locust God Deck. No free spells and fast mana rocks. Cheap counter magic and Flashy creatures. Semi-Group Hug due Kami of the Crescent Moon and Howling Mine. Slow your opponents with Arcane Lab and Blood Moon. If arcane laboratory is play just flash in your creatures and/or spells especially if Leyline of Anticipation is on the battlefield as well.

Lots of Rummage effects, make sure your what you dont need but with Library of Leng out you on the BF you will have less problem.

Win by swarm of hasty Insect tokens (1) The Locust God + Sage of the Falls (2) Dig your library with Mind Over Matter + Temple Bell

or you can upgrade the deck with the classic (3) Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Ophidian Eye or (Curiosity)
