The challenge in building this deck, is that untapping is a concept found in blue, which makes building a deck around an Orzhov spot removalist all the more challenging as cards like Prophet of Kruphix, Kiora's Follower, Niblis of the Breath and perhaps most disappointing of all, Minamo, School at Water's Edge are all right out. This falls upon the need to use artifacts, and to protect and retrieve them at all costs. I want to abuse the hell out of this card, and piss off as many people as I can with the power of exile. To this end, I made a vampire tribal with lifegain win cons.

Liquimetal Coating + Triad of Fates + Voltaic Construct , Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth , = infinite mana and untapping and Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth Bog Initiate = infinite black mana, capable of destroying even an infinite combo weenie deck.

Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth and Damnable Pact + Platinum Emperion = borrowed time. Grab the cards I need, and pray its enough. Or just mill out an opponent. Extending from this play, however is Basalt Monolith + Gemstone Array + Rings of Brighthearth and Ashen Rider + Triad of Fates + Umbral Mantle = exile everything forever.
