Attempting to make a Dimir artifact deck with Sygg, River Cutthroat . Sygg can be replaced with nearly any UB commander, but he comes out early and can generate incidental card advantage and I had one laying around.

The main combos focus on denying draws for your opponents:

Hullbreacher + Teferi's Puzzle Box

Narset, Parter of Veils + Teferi's Puzzle Box

The Puzzle Box can also be a Day's Undoing , Windfall , Echo of Eons , etc.

Alternate combos include Isochron Scepter / Lithoform Engine + Dramatic Reversal , and Academy Ruins + Mindslaver .
