The goal of this is to get Rasputin out early then use him to quickly cast large eldrazi. Then you can bounce him to cast eldrazi again and again. If you can't win with eldrazi or want a more consistent win condition, Eldrazi Displacer + Rasputin Dreamweaver gets you infinite colorless mana and infinite flickering of creatures which can result in some fun wins. He also can combo with blasting station + nin deathmantle which just wins the game, you can also use mortar pod instead of blasting station- list text here.
