I took the Preconstructed Phantom Premonition deck traded out 40 something cards because I'm trying to make it smoother/faster.

I am seeking help with Mana Rocks and better lands to choose.

So, I made it so there was a better synergy throughout the deck.

My whole Maybe section are all cards I think could really be useful in this deck I just not sure how they or other cards would be better than what I have.

Obviously I'm not going to pay hundreds for any one card. I am willing to pay some though.

There are a couple of infinite loops that will win the game one with a land. Blasting Station has a couple win cons. My Commander Ranar the Ever-Watchful with Samurai of the Pale Curtain.

This is my first Commander deck tech attempt.
