Niv-Mizzet is and always should have been, Guildpact. He truly cares for the well being of Ravnica and will be there to act as the Guildpact was meant to: settle disputes between guilds and to protect the city.

To this end, I created a new paradigm for the guilds. Elder Dragons as Paruns.

10 Charms and 10 Commands make for 70 options to fit your needs. The young Dragonlords bolster the power of our dragons while the full Elder dragons bring individual powers to the table. Add to that a powerful multicoloured support package and if you can get up and running (slow moving) it will be hard to stop this train. Includes gates as a potential back up wincon but unlikely to properly utilize.
