Dig dig dig, find the bombs and pitch them. Resurrect them at a discount. Standard reanimator stuff, with a small amount of spell recursion. When the gas runs out, Kess comes in to start reusing the old gas. Small, cheap counter package to dodge mass exile, relying on the sheer number of cards you will draw through to make sure you have one at the critical moments.
