Have you thought of adding some Mayhem cards?
Most are Rakdos colors and work well with Raucous Theater helps you put cards in the Graveyard.
Carnage, Crimson Chaos would be the one Maine one I would use.
Some random cards to consider:
Ozai's Cruelty, The Soul Stone, Manhole Missile, and Realm of Koh to create extra creatures to us your Fire Nation Palace with.
Lastly here are two more creatures for you to think about:
Electro, Assaulting Battery to save up extra Mana between phases and turns.
Hobgoblin, Mantled Marauder is fun with discarding. Plus it was flying.
Now I know I made a lot of suggestions. I don't mean for you to remake your deck. I just wanted to suggest cards and maybe you will find one or two of them helpful/useful.

Terror Forming Terraforming [Primer]

Thanks enraged. I hadn't really considered the Surveil lands for this deck since I don't really utilize the graveyard much beyond being a spot to hold sacrificed lands. I use Raucous Theater in my Terra, Herald of Hope
deck as a more selective means of setting up specific creatures in my yard for combos and whatnot.
Wrenn and Seven is cool for sure, but I'm being a bit more selective about my 5 cmc slot since I see anything in that slot as a direct competition with casting my commander. I have a copy in my binders that I could slot in if needed.

Magar the Horrible

Thanks for commenting! Soooo, no barriers??? Okay, if that's the case, we begin with Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and Cabal Coffers. The burst black mana production can pay for multiple 1 and B activation costs of Magar. As long as we're upgrading the land base, other considerations include the less costly Fabled Passage, Raucous Theater and Blazemire Verge, the pricier Bloodstained Mire and Prismatic Vista, and the reach-for-the-sky Ancient Tomb and Badlands. As for spells, there aren't too many pricy Magar-friendly spells that I can recommend here, which is one of the great investment advantages of piloting a Magar build. A lot of the most impactful Magar-assisted spells are bulk rares and mythic rares. However, I'm sure it wouldn't hurt the overall synergy of the deck by including Jeska's Will and Demonic Tutor. Those two cards would make Magar very, very happy. One less costly spell that I want to add is Call Forth the Tempest, but a copy has not crossed my path yet. Another consideration, although I do not recommend it, is Wheel of Fortune. I do not recommend it because I prefer to NOT put so many additional cards in the hands of my opponents, regardless of how much it may wreck in-game and in-the-moment strategies by opponents. Aside from these Magar-friendly cards, the only other cards I would offer as considerations are support cards like Bone Miser, Deflecting Swat, and Deadly Rollick. Once you complete your build, I would LOVE to see what you have! Happy brewing!!

- Fill in the format. I suspect Vintage, since you are playing Demonic Tutor.
- What is the budget? If there is none, go with Badlands, Mox Ruby instead of 1 Simian Spirit Guide
- You are playing just 1 blue card, and it's not that much relevant - Windfall. Throw it away and you can then go two-color with much more stable and less painful mana-base. Remove 4 Aether Hub and 4 City of Brass. Play instead 1 Blood Crypt, 1 Raucous Theater, 1 Graven Cairns, 1 Sulfurous Springs, 4 Blackcleave Cliffs
- Memory Jar is an insane card in this strategy, since it causes your opponent to discard 7 cards while it gives you more cards to play. I would replace it for 1 Howling Mine. Jar may well be a reason to still play blue - for Tinker. In that case also replace a few swamps for Vault of Whispers.

Stealing things and caging is fun: I've seen a lot of degenerate things with Mairsil. That said, I have a few small suggestions:
- You mention lands are an issue and color-correcting early. Indeed, while this seems to be the case, I can suggest more multi-lands such as Reflecting Pool, Mana Confluence, City of Brass, and the new fetchable surveil lands from MKM (Thundering Falls, Raucous Theater, and Undercity Sewers), or the route of ultimate color-correcting with Chromatic Lantern. There are, of course, also some of the super-fast artifacts like Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond
, Mox Amber, Mana Vault, and the like, but not sure what your budget is. - A theft option I always run in every blue deck is Commandeer. Nobody sees it coming (or maybe they now do, especially when I sit at the table).
- I'm surprised that you don't have the cutest and cuddliest blink card in there: Displacer Kitten. I see it in your maybe list, but I highly recommend it in the main deck: it's incredibly easy to trigger and it enables so many fun shenanigans.
- Other assorted recommendations: Fact or Fiction, Storm the Vault Flip (you have enough artifacts to make it work), Goldspan Dragon (cute and cuddly treasure accelerant), Memory Jar, Lim-Dul's Vault, Patron Wizard...
