Kresh EDH Deck for maximum sacrifice antics.

I've tried to basically do the standard Jund thing, which is of course play a lot of high value fatties. There's a bunch of interactions though:

• Ogre Slumlord + Warstorm Surge: Want your rats to kill literally every other non-token creature and make more rats?
• Mikaeus, the Unhallowed plus basically everything, because undying Woodfall Primus is basically broken
• Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord because Fling for days

I'm not trying to be uber competitive, I'm mostly in it for the amusement factor and I feel like there's enough possibilities to really do some truly epic stuff.
