2 Dollar edh - Each card has to be less than 2 dollars, the exception being your commander can be up to 5 dollars. Other than that it has the same rules as normal edh. More resources at 2dollarmagic.com

Gameplan;

Early game you want to establish your mana, and put down zedruu and start donating. You want to play controlly, but not too controlly. Politics is really good here, try to keep the table for you.

Mid game you start using your removal a lot more frequently, and you can really power up your card draws. All your enchantment removal can be donated to an opponent once cast, so make use of this. Be conservative with your board wipes and try to just not be the target.

Late game you win by locking people out with Celestial Dawn, Pyromancer's Swath and then swinging in with Inkwell Leviathan or Eternal Dragon. Note that zedruu can also donate people islands so that your leviathan is unblockable.
