Welcome to my take on the Ur-Dragon. I try to play this deck in the mid-power casual range even though this deck is on the more powerful side simply because dragons ARE powerful. Ramping fairly and omitting infinite combos or “i win” cards doesn’t hold this deck back as it still manages to have a 24% win rate while closing games out around turn 7.

The main goal of this deck is pretty simple. Your early turns (1 through 3-4) are spent ramping and setting up for the mid-game where you explode into a very threatening board state. Dragons are powerhouses and yes, some are better than others, but any dragon is a threat.

Drawing cards, ramping, dealing direct damage, and making more dragons, I won’t go through all the crazy dragons and their abilities as there are too many of them but with access to all 5 colors you can always pick and choose your favorites.
