In this list, I am attempting to play to General Tazri's Strengths, as well as protecting her from her weaknesses. She seems very fun and competitive with the card Food Chain, as well as any flicker (Flickerwisp) to get the maximum value from General Tazri's tutor ability. She also has a very strong anthem ability that I am interested in, so we gain the benefit of cards that ramp your mana.

So let's get into this!

I have the good old Deadeye Navigator+Palinchron/Peregrine Drake wombo combo for the sick ability that Tazri gives me.I also run "Mana Doublers"; such as 1. Mirari's Wake 2. Doubling Cube 3. Mana ReflectionThese give me the ability to ramp up to extreme amounts, pump mana into my commander, and cast ridiculous (X) drop spells! (Blue Sun's Zenith, Green Sun's Zenith, Genesis Wave, Chord of Calling)
