Allies have never been such a modern viable deck. THIS is why you must try :) First of all, i would suggest you begin with your mana base. Make it faster and relentless . Also, Ally Encampment . PLUS fetches. You MUST put, Metallic Mimic and other boosting tribal cards . I mean, Angelic Captain is literally a dead weight in your hand. Wouldn't it be better if you had inside a Weapons Trainer and a Captain's Claws ?

Make this deck as aggro as possible. Don't wait till turn 5-6, because you will be facing some sick control decks, that lock you down xD

if this deck isn't budget, you should change your vehicles, primarily to air based ones such as Skysovereign, Consul Flagship, Heart of Kiran, and Aethersphere Harvester. I would've advised you to remove speedway fanatic,but if you have these giant flying vehicles, then it would work well. Something you want is maybe cutting down on 1 chasm guide, for another Veteran Motorist, because although you lose one source of haste, you get a card that gets to scry two, which should still balance the accuracy of hitting a chasm guide, also a 4 mana rallier shouldn't be your finisher unless you somehow hadn't drawn many allies beforehand. You can also cut a gearshift ace for another veteran motorist, scrying is such good card advantage and also motorist is a good crewer being a 3/1.

Also, your lands. Again, if this isn't budget, use manlands, fastlands, etc. so basically Needle Spires and Inspiring Vantage. you can have 4 of both of them, cut your stone quarry, and a few basics. YOu have a nice deck going on, and nice deckbuilding! This seems like a nice budget deck (just noticed it was 7 dollars after recommending you expensive stuff).

you might want another Angelic Captain or even a Hero of Goma Fada, theyre such good finisher allies.

having some Gideon, Ally of Zendikar is nice (although expensive moneywise), as it is a potential endless stream of rally triggers.

Tithe, Gift of Estates, Boros Signet, Worn Powerstone, Mind Stone mana rocks that hit the field before your commander. It seems like once your deck is going you'll never draw another non-ally again. so get your ramp on before your commander comes down

Scroll Rack and Land Tax while out of budget are the best card draw have to offer, imo

Conjurer's Closet, Eerie Interlude, Eldrazi Displacer, Ghost Way, Legion's Initiative, Mimic Vat retrigger your allies effects!

Sunforger goodness

Enlightened Tutor, wear//tear, Deflecting Palm, Mistveil Plains,

Coat of Arms, Door of Destinies and Eldrazi Monument are the pump spells i think you want

Kor Bladewhirl replace Thraben, 1 or 2 more Gideon, Ally of Zendikar SB, Outnumber SB 2 or 3 depending on meta, Quarantine Field 1 or 2 in SB, Makindi Patrol would be useful as a 2-4 of. since you have equipments, Stone Haven Outfitter would be useful, maybe replace Thalia's Lieutenant or Weapons Trainer. Stoneforge Acolyte would help get to your equipments. Resolute Blademaster and Angelic Captain could be useful 1 of's, either SB or MB, as they're powerhouses in their own right. Munda, Ambush Leader help you find the allies you need late game. You can easily turn this into 1 way or the other: Ally based or Equipment based, it's really up to your play style.

I think you're missing a pretty important combo with Zada, Hedron Grinder along with Mighty Leap and Brute Strength. Turn 4 drop Zada, turn five, Expedition Envoy and the two pump spells. And viola, army of flying tramplers. Chasm Guide costs too much just to give creatures haste. Switch them out for a playset of Firemantle Mage or two Ondu Champion. You should also switch out Resolute Blademaster for Angelic Captain. Lantern Scout and Hero of Goma Fada aren't doing much in this deck. Switch them out for a playset of Makindi Patrol. I'm going to link my B/W Lifedrain deck, as you seem to have most of the pieces for that as well.

I just want to thank you so so much for commenting b4nchs, you have some really good suggestions. My main finisher for this deck is to bring out Chasm Guide then next turn an Angelic Captain or Resolute Blademaster so that my entire force of allies can swing in for double strike or a huge flyer hopefully with lifelink by Lantern Scout but granted it doesn't work if the opponent has targeted removal. Weapons Trainer I can work into the deck to lower the curve and more net more aggression, but Stitcher's Graft seems a little too risky to run without having x4 copies of Makindi Patrol which I'm not sure I want to run.

I honestly stared at Reckless Bushwhacker and Chasm Guide for the longest time, and I think the latter would be better so that turn 5 there's a possibility my 5 CMC's can swing in the turn they come out, but I really like the idea and will probably tinker with it in the future.

I feel like Bone Saw is a little too underwhelming when compared to something like Stoneforge Masterwork, but still, love the suggestion.

Aerial Responder is wonderful! I will definitely playtest with him to see if it would work better than something else in the deck.

Thank you for your comments frogkill45 and WhisperingBlade. I have retooled some of the cards to be more aggressive as I set up for lethal. I agree that Resolute Blademaster is a much better card to blink than Angelic Captain. At the moment, I am not sure where to place Lantern Scout, but it certainly could be helpful.
