Instant Win Combos

• Plunge into Darkness/Blood Celebrant + Children of Korlis/Tainted Sigil + Vizkopa Guildmage. At minimum, this combo allows you to pay all but one life, immediately gain it back, and cause all of your opponents to lose as much life as you paid. It can be expanded with Phyrexian Unlife to pay down to zero life, and with Rhox Faithmender/Boon Reflection to double your life gain and opponents' life loss.

• Near-Death Experience + Plunge into Darkness/Blood Celebrant. With this combo, pay down to one life as NDE triggers on your upkeep to hit the "you win the game" requirement.

• Sanguine Bond/Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose/Vizkopa Guildmage + Exquisite Blood + any life gain or opponent's life loss. (Removed from deck to separate it from Above such mortal concerns.)

Loss Prevention Combos

• Gideon of the Trials + Indestructibility. As long as you control an indestructible Gideon, you can't lose and nobody else can win.

• The Book of Exalted Deeds + Faceless Haven/Mutavault + Indestructibility/Consecrate Land. As long as you control an indestructible land with an enlightened counter, you can't lose and nobody else can win. (Removed, not as reliable as I had hoped.)
