Captain Sisay is a great choice as commander for this deck because not only are a bunch of our creatures legendary, but all planeswalkers have been errata'd to be legendary.

Additionally, most Ajani planeswalkers are specifically designed to be played in a Superfriends and it just so happens that Ajani planeswalkers are either white or white/green (we don't talk about Ajani Vengeant).

Lastly, planeswalkers are pretty slow and grindy by nature, which is why they play so nicely with proliferate, hatebears, and stax. Nevinyrral's Disk is usually great in a Superfriends deck, but with Avacyn, Angel of Hope, it becomes a neat little win con.
