Built for a $50 budget playgroup challenge to curb a raging arms race. Also wanted to get a chance to run some new commanders. Sadly Vial Smasher is the only b/r partner commander.

Gist of the deck is to completely screw with everybody's plans whilst cycling my own and getting loads of mana for doing so. It's a Wheel deck without the wheels (Wheel and Deal, Wheel of Fate/Fortune), and hopefully only brings woe to its opponents.

Though listed as ~$60 on tapped out, this deck can be had entirely from tcg for under 50 bucks with all cards in near mint condition.

Unfortunately the biggest sacrifice that was made was land optimization. Sadly at 2 bucks a pop for any worthwhile land, it's just too expensive to get good land AND good cards on a budget whee the average cost of every card in your deck has to be around 60 cents.

Proposed rules of the budget buildoff are as follows:

1. Hard $50 limit including commander but not basic lands. 1a. Must be enforced with a tappedout.net page/ screenshot(in case something spikes) tapped out pricing of this deck is almost $15 more than NM on tcg, and my pricing is based on that instead

1b. This includes cards you own, I may own an Avacyn now but I shan't be putting her in here just because "it was laying around".

1. Every week you can add $1 to the deck to tune it, no more.

2. It must be a new deck, not just modifying a deck you already have.
