1. Cast Warp World .

2. We have no other non-permanent cards in the deck. Hopefully get enough creatures that produce mana (Lotus Cobra et al), lands, and at least one card like Eternal Witness to recur Warp World.

3. Repeat

4. Continue until we are putting our entire library onto the battlefield with each iteration. Meanwhile, our opponents are probably running some planeswalkers and/or non-permanent cards, so unless they're running a dedicated token strategy, or are playing all-non-planeswalker-permanents too, they'll probably eventually run out of permanents to shuffle in during this part of the cycle too.

5. Eventually kill our opponents with Meteorite , or exile everything they have by bouncing things to their hand with Riftwing Cloudskate , Making them discard them with Liliana's Specter, exiling graveyards with Hedonist's Trove , and exiling from the library directly with Gonti, Lord of Luxury.

6. They probably concede before 5. happens.

The strategy: Ramp ramp ramp, then tutor for Warp World . Rune-Scarred Demon, Tamiyo's Journal and Sidisi, Undead Vizier can search for it directly. Mwonvuli Beast Tracker can search for Sidisi, while Woodland Bellower can search for the Beast Tracker. I guess if I wanted to be really cute I could include Yisan, the Wanderer Bard in the deck, or some Mercenaries or Rebels and Conspiracy, but that seems like too much work. The deck slotted in at 100 cards exactly after I put in everything I wanted, which is rare for me; I usually end up with 120 cards and having to cut things.

The deck has no answer to someone who has, for example, Privileged Position, Greater Auramancy, and Leyline of Sanctity out and keeps refreshing their entire board state/deck with Warp World thanks to numerous token generators (i.e., likely a Trostani, Selesnya's Voice deck, or maybe a Sigarda, Host of Herons or Rhys the Redeemed deck).
