this is a take on Mathas, Fiend Seeker the new mardu vampire commander for the 2017 set. He has a more political feel with the idea of bounty counters that act like curse effects, which led me to this...mardu curse control politics. Nothing like permanent "judgement" for your fellow table mates. Watch as they bide for your mercy or invoke your wrath as you amass a fallowing to inevitably crush their resistance. Your actions are just, and your punishments are divine!
