Article 1.6 Should the state begin to descent into a state of disorder, Azor's Elocutors shall hold a state-wide filibuster as means of regaining order.

Those who think negatively of the New Order shall be disregarded. Failure to comply to the aforementioned laws shall be considered criminal activity and is subject to detainment, bureaucratic investigation and interrogation, death, or exile.
