What cards do you think I could replace and with what to make it stronger?

This is my Ravos and Reyhan deck. It's a +1/+1 counter deck with some sacrifice and reanimate themes. I've been playing it for a few months now and it's a lot of fun even if I don't win much. I think it has a lot of potential but i'm not sure how to make it better. Any suggestions are welcome!
