Vela Bounce/Flicker/Combo deck. Suggestions welcome, it's very much WIP! Keeping it in this price range is ideal, though!!

Vela likes when you bounce things, so she has as much friends to help her with that as possible. Even more important are things that enable her to bounce things, like Ninjas and instants.

She also loves to pore through the top of her deck with surveillance and draw cards she likes (Mission Briefing, Nightveil Sprite, et al). Then she can use what she doesn't need to prep for her win conditions with Temporal Trespass.

She has a couple infinite combos with Deadeye Navigator and Cloud of Faeries/Peregrine Drake (Deadeye and Peregrine can infinite off each other for infinite mana, then just win once you get enough to get Vela out), or perhaps she's feeling more statuesque than usual with Cloudstone Curio+Cloud of Faeries+Peregrine Drake.

If her draw engine's not kicking off, she can use other things of your friends' to help out, like Sakashima's Student, Faerie Artisans, or Gonti, Lord of Luxury.

Or if you're sleepy and don't feel like fishing for all that (or haven't gotten it with the draw engine), you can also just kick Rite of Replication onto her.

At the end game stages, you can create a bunch of creatures with cards like Bitterblossom et al, do a bunch of damage, then bounce everyone to your hand with Evacuation or another mass bounce and she'll do the last bit of damage for you. Or, if you need to protect her, you can use these, or something like Release to the Wind to hide her until you find something you like.
