Norin can be a beast with the right Tools, too bad we have to choose only 100 cards, the options are endless. This deck tries to unite goblins, artifacts and ETBs to cover mono red weaknesses and gather a fun attrition/control deck that relies on its various sinergys, I tried to gather the most flexible cards that can be applied to fill the inconsistencys and bring the most recursion possible. Althought the mana curve might seem a little bit too high you can generate a lot of fast mana or cheat cards into play, and usually the sinergies carry you nicely to the later turns. I advise to not run any infinite combos, the deck already draws a lot of hate as it is.

Genesis Chamber is literally a beast in this deck, the Myr tokens it provides with Norin will usually be way more than any other person in the tabble gets and they can be used for card draw with skullclamp, recursion with Welder/Daretti/Post, sac fodder with Siege-Gang, more fuel for ETB effects or simply to overwhelm opponents in combat. Too bad we don't have a reliable way to grab it outside of Gamble and Hoarding Dragon, but with the amount of early rummage you can get with the right hand you can dig pretty deep into your library to get the chamber or another value engine.

Those are some neat engines that your trying to assemble while controlling the board:

Norin + Honor Worn Shaku + Mind's Eye: Draw a card in each turn

Norin + Genesis Chamber + Quicksmith Genius: Rummage each turn

Norin + Purphoros/Impact Tremors/Altar of the Brood: Your Win condition

Pyrohemia + Orbs of Warding: Wipe the board and deal a Ton of Damage to your opponents, Norin also guarantees that Pyrohemia stays in the board if you stack the trigger correctly

Goblin Recruiter + Goblin Ringleader: Straight up 4 goblins drawn for 6 mana, tutored with Goblin Matron, you can also grab Tarfire if needed

Liquimetal Coating + Shattering Pulse: Remove any permanent from the field with buyback (even enchantments lol)

Liquimetal Coating + Goblin Welder: Similar to the above, but it requires the opponents to have a artifact in the yard

Godo + Grafted Exoskeleton + Rogue's Passage: Send that annoying player to the shadow realm with 10 infect damage out of nowhere

P.S.: If you have the cards in the acquireboard and want to build the deck I suggest to swap Bosh for Wurmcoil and Wayfarer's Bauble for Crucible. The cycling lands can be replaced for those of more value in the acquireboard. Light up the Stage may be better than Commune with Lava, but I still need to test it.
