Multiplayer-focused deck where Marchesa's dethrone ability allows for plenty of creature sacrificing shenanigans. All help to improve it will be appreciated. If a card is recommended, please also suggest which one to replace it with.

Besides the well known combos and interactions, here are some highlights I believe are worth mentioning:

Marchesa, the Black Rose + Avalanche Riders: Get rid of the board's most disruptive land (I'm looking at you, Cabal Coffers), then stall an opponent's mana pool. Another great aspect of this combo is the built-in sac outlet, Echo.

Black Market: Creatures are going to die...A LOT. Why not make the best of it? Even better if either Dictate of Erebos or Butcher of Malakir are out.

Capricious Efreet: How to deal with noncreature permanents.

Glen Elendra Archmage: Potentially recursive counters (though I don't like that they may be abused).

Thrummingbird + Marchesa, the Black Rose: Thrummingbird becomes a 3/3 if it lands a hit with Dethrone and pumps every other creature with a counter.
