Ghave combo deck with a stax subtheme.

Looking to combo off with the Earthcraft and undying creature Young Wolf etc combo with Phyrexian Altar/Ashnod's Altar and Ghave, Guru of Spores. Loads of other combos including Cathars' Crusade, Utopia Mycon etc.

Looking for feedback, i'm trying to make this deck as competitive as possible within a reasonable budget (i.e. no ABUR dual lands etc).
