I've always wanted to do Zombie tribal, and I've wanted to make a mono-black deck. After getting my hands on Gisa and a Thornbite staff to do her special little dance, I finally decided: why not do it now? The aim is to steadily create a horde of undead to overrun our opponents, mainly through the many, many lords Zombies have and token production.

We run a few combos to really crank our army into overdrive:

Gisa+Thornbite Staff+Carnival of Souls and a creature to sacrifice allows us to create as many 2/2 zombies as we have life and even net extra mana with a 2/2 or bigger. Offset the life lost with Ayara, Zulaport Cutthroat or Blood Artist to go to even further!

Yawgmoth, Thran Physician+Butcher Ghoul+Geralf's Messenger lets us draw as many cards as we have the life to spend.

Grave Titan+Ashnod's Altar+Nim Deathmantle gives us infinite Zombie tokens and death triggers.

Gravecrawler+Phyrexian Altar+Open the Graves and a zombie on the field allows us to get infinite tokens and death triggers yet again.

To spend the infinite mana, cast a really big Torment of Hailfire. To win with the death triggers, have Zulaport Cutthroat, Blood Artist, Plague Belcher, or Vengeful Undead our to ping people to death.

Zombies are surprisingly strong in Mono-black alone. I miss some lords from the other colors, but I really want to do a deck of each color at some point.
