The primary win con in this deck is commander damage with Karlov of the Ghost Council. Against slower decks, I frequently win on turn 5-6. I rarely use his second ability and almost always cast him on turn 2. If he gets removed, I have enormous card draw from Necropotence and very impressive card draw from Well of Lost Dreams, Phyrexian Arena, and Bloodgift Demon to maintain advantage. Alternate win-cons abound, including Exquisite Blood + Vizkopa Guildmage /Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond , Serra Avatar, Archangel of Thune, Sunbond, Vizkopa Guildmage/Sanguine Bond + significant lifegain, and of course Children of Korlis + Necropotence to draw 39 cards for free on turn 3 and have your opponents forfeit on the spot :D
