Sorry for the ugly layout. This is public description:So, Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain that's why we're all here. So the big plan is to play Jhoira preferably turn 3 or 4. As soon as Jhoira hits the board you can choose to cash in your artifacts and try to draw as much as possible or hang on and hope she lives so the next turn can be REALLY explosive. Clearly Jhoira has synergy with three types: artifacts, legendaries and sagas. Now artifacts are really good so that's why i choose to go with that synergy but i think it's possible to build a cool izzet planeswalker legend deck with some artifact synergy. The saga part is really not important since the only saga even close to being playable for our deck is: The Antiquities War. The Antiquities War is probably viable and can be a win condition with the deck itself, you'd have to add more 0 and 1 mana artifact creatures to get explosive with but i think waiting 3 turns is to much, any one opponent can remove it after turn 2 and feel good about stopping your victory so i sadly think The Antiquities War is to slow.

How to get ahead:

So Winning is and should always be the key objective but it's okay to have some fun with it. We're playing EDH and not a pro tour with high stakes.Our plan to obtain our objective is simple: Ramp --> Play Jhoira, then play a few artifacts to get some card draw --> Get a ton of mana, this will probably be colorless thanks to Metalworker (or bigest love boy, like really he's just so good) or paradox engine making our low CMC artifacts CREATE mana thanks to the untap that will mean our ramp artifacts can keep creating. --> Use a win condition

Cards to notice:

Riddlesmith This is the best carddraw in the deck (second to Jhoira). Alhammarret's Archive is better but it also costs more mana.

Alhammarret's Archive So another second draw engine. With this or Riddlesmith you can probably go through the entire deck.

Cloud Key, Foundry Inspector, Jhoira's Familiar, Helm of Awakening, Semblance Anvil, Herald of Kozilek and Etherium Sculptor: These cards will reduce the cost of our artifacts, it's quite easy to reduce their cost by 2-3 making most artifacts free (since our avg. cmc is 2.12).Win conditions: Laboratory Maniac, The Locust God, Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, Nin the Pain Artist

Making lots of colored mana There's the easy one. High tide. Making our islands double their mana production, with this you can win the game a few turns earlier. But our true doublers are Pili-Pala and Grand Architect. This combo is common knowledge... We have a few tutors to find it too but it's almost as easy to draw them.

Skullclamp - Has a lot of combo with The Locus God. I have not added either of the creature sac outlets that produce mana to go Inf. with skullclamp, but i really don't think it's needed.

Krark-Clan Ironworks: This bad boy will turn our 0 mana artifacts into mana. The deck contains quite the few sacrificial pawns like: Chromatic Star, Ichor Wellspring and Terrarion, Scrap Trawler (really every artifact when this hero is out, it's quite easy to make a ton of mana with Krark-Clan and this) and Myr Retriever. Not to mention most artifacts can be sacrificed without causing a big impact on our win.

Storm the vaults is a great card in this deck. It's really easy to have 5 artifacts so if you play it the card flips at end of turn. It's also legendary so it's a card draw =). _Frantic Search untapping this bad boy will be a easy way to create even more mana.

Karn Ultimate: Words of Wind -- Think real hard! This is literally just a Karn -14 but it's way easier to accomplish

Tolaria West Can find 0 drop artifacts or a pact of negation.

Lastly i'll have to mention our "save the day" cards mainly: Retrace and Rebuild. These cards can save our entire board against a Vandalblast or another wipe but they can also help us replay our entire hand TWICE in a single turn. They make it quite easy to end the game. The cards don't return Jhoira, RiddleS Smith and Herald of Kozilek. So we can play retrace while still having reduced artifact cost and draw combo.
