I have no idea what this deck can do, but in an ideal scenario, each player would be drawing from someone else's deck, casting spells for each opponent, which then get copied over and over again. Hopefully games end in a "wheel storm" of some sort.

If you want win-cons, you could replace the shuffle-wheels with a laboratory maniac package, or find room for a niv-mizzet and/or psychosis crawler package.

I tried to avoid extra turns and true randomness like possibility storm for this deck. I most wanted to explore interactions between complicated mechanics.

The group-hugginess of the deck dovetails nicely with Shared Fate, since those spells are still good for me no matter who draws/casts them. Also, none of the deck's spells can interact with the artifacts and enchantments that make for "fun" board states, so I'm happy to let everyone copy them multiple times.
