Step one: Ramp and generate value with Rashmi and other cards.

Step 2: Draw or tutor ( Tooth and Nail, Defense of the Heart ) for your combo pieces.

Step3: Go infinite with Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake or Palinchron

Step 4:Draw Blue Sun's Zenith using Thrasios, Triton Hero and River Hoopoe activated abilities or infinite Coiling Oracle bounces

Step five: Force your opponent to draw their entire deck using your infinite mana and Blue Sun's Zenith ( with multiple opponents simply draw your Blue Sun's Zenith again with step 4 )

Mind's Dilation can also win you games by stealing your opponents best stuff. It depends on how long it stays out and if they don't have a Sensei's Divining Top or something else stacking the top of their library to constantly give you lands.

This deck is pretty slow but can come out of nowhere with a win. I don't play a lot of 1v1 so it's made more for laying in wait while everyone deals with each other. I could probably make Thrasios my commander and focus the deck on getting infinite mana but I personally don't really like the idea of hyper competitive commander.
