Simple strategy. You cannot outramp other colors so instead you should be looking to capitalize on what makes white powerful. Board wipes. Coupled with cards like boros charm, those board wipes can be one sided in the late game. It's a nasty strategy but it's the best chance you've got. Of course you'll still wanna ramp. Just even the playing field before dropping the angels. Observe the overall board state and put the pedal to the metal once hand sizes are getting low.
