Red Blue Draw deck centered around Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind and various infinite combos. I built this deck because in my typical 4 player pod, anyone that even remotely starts to show a board presence gets focused down incredibly quickly. Therefore the strategy I tried to focus on was surprise wins.

The obvious combos are Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind or Niv-Mizzet, Parun or Psychosis Crawler + Ophidian Eye or Curiosity or Tandem Lookout In a 1v1 or 3 player game scenario, this alone can usually win the game. In anything larger you risk decking yourself out to the combo if using either of the Niv-Mizzets. This is why we use Kozilek, Butcher of Truth to cycle the library. However once you pull this off once, most play groups will never let it get all the way back around to your turn. Therefore you need to make sure to have some other way to trigger a draw as soon as the loop is made possible to reduce their oppurtunity to respond. Fevered Visions is one of my favorites as its one of the less threatening enchantments in the deck, and it sets us up nicely with a draw in the perfect phase

The stealthiest combo comes from Temple Bell or Otherworld Atlas + Mind Over Matter. Where the main draw loop sticks out in people's mind, at least in my experience, most players welcome Temple Bell and Otherworld Atlas to the battlefield in the hope of the cards you'll give them. But with Mind Over Matter + Kozilek, you can ensure you can deck out all your opponents.

We have another draw loop via The Locust God+ Ashnod's Altar + Skullclamp though this falls into the hardest to pull off category due there being no other cards to subsitute to replicate this combo. It does also provide us alot of synergy with the draw effects and as well as one of the token spawning combos and plenty of colorless mana.

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker or Splinter Twin + Intruder Alarm or Deceiver Exarch or Pestermite is the primary way to pull off the infinite tokens, however you can also use Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal provided you have out a couple mana rocks or a Basalt Monolith to pull off infinite untap which can nicely be subsituted in with any of the tap effects in the deck.

What combo deck would be complete without Infinite Mana, which is made possible with Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake or Great Whale. Or the previously mentioned Isochron + Dramatic Reversal combo. With infinite mana the win is just a Banefire or Comet Storm or Prosperity away. Typically though the mana just fuels cycling your hand via Mindmoil or Arjun, the Shifting Flame until you can hit a win con.

Beyond these combos the deck just focuses on heavy draw synergy, The previous 2 whirlpools mentioned as well as Teferi's Puzzle Box are useful to trigger alot of draw effects as well as cycling into the cards you actually need. And while the Isochron is primarily there for the Dramatic Reversal, I made the decision to only run 2 cost and less instants in order to always have a spell that can be imprinted.
