Hi and welcome to my Commander build for Tymna the Weaver. (Yes it’s a Tymna the Weaver build, Ravos, Soultender just happened to be in the deck anyway, so I decided to put him in the command zone while he was already there.)

This is supposed to be an optimized deck on a power level around 7 or 8 out of 10. It is meant to be played in a mixed environment at my LGS with a shuffled group of experienced and new players and to provide a fun game for everyone.

The deck strategy is to play a lot of small utility clerics with nice effects, gain same advantage from all these small value effects, and draw a lot of cards with Tymna the Weavers ability. Get more useful creatures, resurrect the once who died and slowly get the upper hand by having the better resource-management. After we achieved that, we want to play our threats and bring the game home by slowly killing our opponents using our advanced board position.

The restriction I gave myself for this deck was to build a tribal deck around what I consider one of the weaker tribes in magic. I do like clerics and tried to stick to a “resurrect cmc 3 or less creatures”-theme, instead of just playing all the good life gain stuff Orzhov has to offer and then abuse that. I had to implement the Starlit Sanctum combo though. I started playing Magic the Gathering with the Onslaught block and this combo is part of what defines Clerics for me.
