Perhaps the most difficult deck of the pre-constructed Commander 2013 decks to master, particularly for a novice player. which I was that year. Of the three Commanders that come with the deck, it was Rubinia Soulsinger that requires the least game experience to play, so she was the deck's Commander for me right from the start. It was only in mid-2018 did I finally feel comfortable enough with my game skills to place Derevi, Empyrial Tactician as the Commander. Much of the deck has been replaced in this effort, to good effect. +1/+1 counters are a feature of this build. Lots of ways to play, lots of fun to be had with this one.
