Cool deck! A hearty upgrade could be Mycosynth Lattice which can slightly widen the scope of what Tawnos’ ability can target. I know lattice isnt cheap but could find a spot in your line-up if you decide to go that route. Mycosynth Golem is great too. But also $$. Could help cheapen cmcs down significantly.
Now this is a bit janky but There’s a cycle of Towers: Tower of Fortunes , Tower of Calamities , Tower of Murmurs are what i can remember. I’m pretty sure it’s a cycle. Anyway, expensive to activate but could be awesome/funny to pull off.
Reshape and Acquire are great tutors for decks like this as well.
I love seeing Aetherflux Reservoir and Illusionist's Bracers in here!
Good luck! +1

sonnet666, while I agree that mono-white self-mill is nowhere near tier 2, I think it can be low tier three due to the following self-mill cards and then the following tutors after those:
- Altar of Dementia
- Cellar Door
- Charmed Pendant
- Codex Shredder
- Decimator Web
- Ghoulcaller's Bell
- Grindclock
- Grinding Station
- Grindstone
- Hair-Strung Koto
- Keening Stone
- Mesmeric Orb
- Millikin
- Millstone
- Sands of Delirium
- Shard of Broken Glass
- Shriekhorn
- Tower of Murmurs
- Whetstone
- Whetwheel
- Worry Beads
- Citanul Flute
- Kuldotha Forgemaster
- Mangara's Tome
- Planar Portal
- Ring of Three Wishes
- Skyship Weatherlight
- Tamiyo's Journal
- Enlightened Tutor
- Ranger of Eos
So a lot of those require a LOT of mana. Like, TONS. So, does white have enough ramp?
- Knight of the White Orchid
- Oath of Lieges
- Ancient Tomb
- Astral Cornucopia
- Blinkmoth Urn
- Burnished Hart
- Caged Sun
- Coalition Relic
- Coldsteel Heart
- Doubling Cube
- Dreamstone Hedron
- Druidic Satchel
- Everflowing Chalice
- Extraplanar Lens
- Fellwar Stone
- Gauntlet of Power
- Gilded Lotus
- Hedron Archive
- Honor-Worn Shaku
- Mana Crypt
- Marble Diamond
- Metalworker
- Mind Stone
- Mishra's Workshop
- Myriad Landscape
- Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx
- Sisay's Ring
- Sol Ring
- Star Compass
- Surveyor's Scope
- Sword of the Animist
- Thought Vessel
- Thran Dynamo
- Ur-Golem's Eye
- Urza's Mine, Urza's Power Plant, and Urza's Tower, especially when you have Weathered Wayfarer and Expedition Map
- Worn Powerstone
At the end of the day, I think it's silly to say that white cannot do this. While I would agree that it's not as broken as Zur the Enchanter or even as effective as a tier two general, I think there are definitely more than enough options to make this a decently effective infinite-combo deck.

A couple of more suggestions, and sorry for the break between comments, but I think Decimator Web seems kind of weak, and could be replaced by things like Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver, Sphinx's TutelageSewer Nemesis, Tower of Murmurs, Thought Scour and even Hedron Crab.
Other less budget options to go with the deck would be things like Jace, Memory Adept, Glimpse the Unthinkable, and Sword of Body and Mind
Most of those are pretty budget(barring glimpse of some strange reason), but scale rather poorly in commander(like most mill cards). This is why I like ashiok and tutelage the most out of these, because ashiok has added utility in that she can give you things to cast or attack your opponents hand, and then tutelage scales with card draw and is better against monocolred decks.
Some cards to abuse graveyards would be Academy Elite, Puppeteer Clique, and Extract from Darkness
With all of that said, you already have all of these cards, so I always understand not stretching the wallet when you can, and all in all, the deck does seem sweet
(PS. reanimation spells are sweet in mill)
