So here's how the deck works:

Firstly, there are creatures like Phyrexian Dreadnought that are just big but usually with a ETB downside that you can work around by sacrificing it to Ghoulcaller Gisa while the ETB effect is on the stack. This way, you can make 12 zombie tokens for 2 mana for example.

Then, there are cards like Gravecrawler or Hell's Caretaker that continually return themselves or the creatures mentioned above to the battlefield to be repeatedly sacrificed to Ghoulcaller Gisa.

Next we have cards like Nightmare Lash that can make creature's bigger for investment of 0 mana, which will end up making just more creature tokens.

After that, we have cards like Vengeful Dead and Undead Warchief that are going to be extremely good zombie tribal cards. With so many zombie tokens, even the crappiest of these cards are still amazing.

There are other types of effects, like sacrifice shenanigans, blanket unblockability/keywords, and more zombie token makers, but I just want to say this was an extremely hard deck to limit down to 64 non-lands since there are just SO MANY GOOD CARDS FOR GISA.
