This deck started out as a Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter deck and I kept it this way for 3 - 4 years. During games with my playgroup I found out I wanted a cheaper commander... so here he is: Karlov of the Ghost Council. The idea is to trigger Karlov as many times as possible and with enchantments like Pestilence and Sanguine Bond you can continuously wipe the board,go for the multikill (you'll have more life than the others) or drain them. Vish Kal is still in the list because it's altered and I want to play it.
