This is an Izzet Pirates build w/ a heavy Treasure Token sub-theme.

With the printing of Commander Legends, I dare say pirates can be a pretty strong strategy. With so much synergy around creating treasure tokens, I threw in the Mechanized Production as an alternate win-con. I'm waiting on some cards to get here, so that I can try it out in paper.
