I Have an question and sry for my Gramma english is not my Naitv LAnguage

I use Breeches, Brazen Plunderer and Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator as my commanders i played both and i attack with Captain Vargus Wrath did my creatures get +2/+2 or just +1+1 ?

Between those two underperforming pirates, keep Dire Fleet Daredevil. Kari Zev's token isn't doing much for the deck, and the daredevil is probably one of my auto includes when I get around to making a pirate deck.

If you are looking to hit harder, Captain Vargus Wrath is a solid choice. He might even work as a finisher if you have Port Razer out.

Hey, well done, very creative on a budget :)

Arcane Signet, Rainbow mana rock is an upgrade for Charcoal Diamond for the "The nine pieces of eight". Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator is a flying Pirate which helps to trigger Brass and is very good with the treasure strategy since he can be repeatable treasures. Malcolm could replace Trophy Mage since Mage is not a character and only has one 3 CMC artifact that's worth tutoring for and Deadeye Quartermaster can tutor for it.

Departed Deckhand is a Pirate who's consistently unblockable/make other Pirates unblockable is an upgrade for Captain Vargus Wrath since Wrath is not a character. Spectral Sailor flying one drop Pirate/repeatable draw source is an upgrade for Rowdy Crew since Crew is also not a character.

Exotic Orchard, Unclaimed Territory, Path of Ancestry are three budget Rainbow land upgrades which could replace Bloodfell Caves, Dismal Backwater and Swiftwater Cliffs.

Hey, nice budget version, interesting top of the mana curve card choices. I too have been having fun with Pirate partners :)

Spectral Sailor is a one drop flying Pirate to more easily trigger Malcolm and Breeches. Best of all it's a mana sink for treasures to draw cards. Warkite Marauder is another flying Pirate and it's attack trigger has good interaction with all the pinging since you can make a creature of the defending player a 0/1 and then ping it for 1 to destroy it. Viridian Longbow is an equipment that makes a creature a pinger and the equipment is not destroyed if the equipped creature is removed. Brazen Buccaneers, Captain Vargus Wrath, Arcane Teachings could be cut for these three cards.

Spark Double is nice with partner Commanders because it gives you two choices of a legendary permanent to copy. Breeches is a good choice because then you're making all opponents exile two cards from the top of their libraries. You should consider clearing some deck space for some counterspells: Counterspell and Negate at least because frequent board wipes are the death of tribal decks in Commander and Izzet lacks creature recursion. Also nice to have more counter protection when you want to combo with Malcolm + Buccaneer or with a pinger + Malcolm. Warped Landscape, Slippery Scoundrel, Izzet Locket could be cut for these cards.
