Rotwidow Pack spins a Golgari web of Spiders, sacrifice, graveyard value, and interconnected engines. What begins as a slow infestation can suddenly become something much worse: the web tightens, the Pack multiplies, and everyone caught in it gets drained dry.

Combos:

Basking Broodscale + Sadistic Glee — Adapt Broodscale to begin the loop; each +1/+1 counter creates an Eldrazi Spawn, sacrificing the Spawn triggers Glee, which puts another counter on Broodscale and creates another Spawn. Infinite colorless mana, infinite ETBs, deaths and sacrifice triggers, and infinitely large Basking Broodscale. Throw in Mirkwood Bats, game over.

Rendclaw Trow + Ivy Lane Denizen + Viscera Seer or Ashnod's Altar — Sacrifice Trow to Altar or Seer; persist returns it with a -1/-1 counter, and Ivy Lane gives the returning green Trow a +1/+1 counter, cancelling the counters and resetting persist. Infinite ETBs, deaths and sacrifice triggers; Altar produces infinite colorless mana, while Seer provides infinite scry.

Aerie Ouphes + Ivy Lane Denizen — Sacrifice Ouphes targeting a flyer; persist returns it and Ivy Lane's +1/+1 counter cancels its -1/-1 counter, allowing the process to repeat. Infinite ETBs, deaths and sacrifice triggers, plus arbitrarily large damage to creatures with flying. Requires a legal flying target.

Rotwidow Pack + Energy Refractor or Prismite + Other combo infinite mana — Repeated Rotwidow activations, using creatures in the graveyard as fuel. Each activation creates another Spider and increases the life loss of subsequent activations.

Evolution Witness + Sadistic Glee + Blood Pet — Sacrifice Blood Pet for {B}; its death triggers Glee, putting a +1/+1 counter on Evolution Witness, which returns Blood Pet from the graveyard to your hand. Use the {B} to recast Blood Pet and repeat. Infinite ETBs, deaths and sacrifice triggers, and infinitely large Evolution Witness.

Evolution Witness + Iron Apprentice or Sparring Construct + Ashnod's Altar — Sacrifice Apprentice/Construct to Altar for {C}{C}; its death puts a +1/+1 counter on Evolution Witness, returning it from the graveyard to your hand. Spend {C} to recast it and repeat, netting {C} each cycle. Infinite colorless mana, ETBs, deaths and sacrifice triggers.

Ivy Lane Denizen + Presence of Gond + Devoted Druid or Cinderhaze Wretch — Enchant Druid/Wretch with Presence of Gond and tap it to create an Elf; the Elf entering triggers Ivy Lane, putting a +1/+1 counter on the enchanted creature. Put a -1/-1 counter on it to untap it, cancelling the counters, and repeat. Infinite Elf tokens and ETBs. Throw in Mirkwood Bats, game over.
