Since your commander cares about card types in the graveyard, on a budget Evolving Wilds and Terramorphic Expanse both can put a land in the grave for you! To add to the additional cycle lands, Ash Barrens is another one that can color fix you in the early game! Whip of Erebos counts as both an enchantment and an artifact and can provide late game stability with lifegain and getting stuff back from the grave. Font of Fertility is another enchantment that you can get into the grave pretty easily.
If you want to keep the spider tribal theme, I'd recommend jamming as much card draw in your deck as possible! Maybe look into cutting some of the underwhelming (but cool) spiders like Sporecap Spider , Root Spider .
Also just some food for thought, your commander is an infinite mana sink in disguise, so any combo that gives you infinite mana turns into a win condition! Or flickering your commander is fun too, though in your current build, there is not a lot of value targets in the deck aside from your commander

So one thing about commander is, because of the length of games and the amount of interaction you see, you want all of your cards to do things. Going through your list there are a number of cards that just fill spots on the curve with no real long term impact. Specifically you have creatures like, but not limited to; Rot Shambler (at least it gets bigger though,) Sporecap Spider, and Yargle, Glutton of Urborg (at least he’s huge, which with the right cards could be useful, he’s decent to sac to Jarad for example...) There are other creatures with stronger static effects, or even useful etb triggers like Eternal Witness and Acidic Slime all the way up to Craterhoof Behemoth.
So then it’s just a matter of what to fill it with. There are so many options, how do you want to win primarily? Go wide with tokens?

Instead of equipment, I would focus on Damage Prevention: FogLullRespiteTangleMoment's PeaceConstant MistsDruid's Deliverance...an Isochron Scepter would make any of these reusable
I would also seriously consider adding Spider Spawning and Sporecap Spider.
Also checkout red burn spells and black destruction spells for creature control.
Furthermore I would recommend mana ramp (i.e. Rampant Growth, Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, Myriad Landscape) instead of mana augmentation Extraplanar Lens et. al. You will not need as much mana, and they would effectively shrink your deck increasing the odds of drawing something you need.
Finally, for starters, aim for 1Commander, 40 Lands and 59 Others. Drop anything else that seems good but doesn't fit into your maybeboard, and we can adjust later.
If I come up with anything else, I'll let you know.

Sight of the Scalelords teehee
I see a glaring lack of spiders here... Silklash Spider, Sporecap Spider, Penumbra Spider, Blightwidow, Stingerfling Spider.
I'd also recommend Archetype of Finality, Bow of Nylea, Lifecrafter's Bestiary, and Ulvenwald Tracker.

Thanks very much! I really appreciate the advice. I quite like the changes and will probably go through with them however, there are a few things that I may ask about.
I quite like Dead Weight. Seems to be more practical than Stab Wound. I guess I was enticed by the life loss bit a little too much
Sedge Scorpion may very well be the answer to my early game issues (tbh, I actually forgot about the existence of Sedge Scorpion) but as for Penumbra Spider, who should I swap out? Most likely either Sporecap Spider or Kessig Recluse?
For Vessel of Nascency, I can see how it pair up well with Ishkanah and I'll most likely swap out Duress or something with to put them in. As for Nyx Weaver...not too keen on that one. While I like how it speeds up Ishkanah's delirious and all, I feel I might end up cucking myself in the long run especially if I don't have a lot of Ishkanahs to play with.
I would definitely love to add Arachnogenesis in place of Terrifying Presence! But when I saw it's price tag...best I can do is probably 2. 3 if I somehow stumble upon a sweet, cheap deal.

If you're worried about your early game, try adding an Assault Formation or two, as well as more 2 mana spiders . A 3 mana Sporecap Spider can become a 5/5, and the Juvenile Gloomwidow is particularly devastating with it's wither effect. Also mentioned in previous comments; while Swarmyards may be pricey, they're a game changer for this type of deck. Pretty solid overall though, I like your choices of removal.

I think you would benefit from trying to lower your mana curve so you're not so stacked at the 3 mana slot; maybe replace the Putrefy and To the Slaughter with cheaper removal like Doom Blade, Go for the Throat or Smother, depending on what creatures you expect to face, and swap Sporecap Spider out for Canopy Spider.
