Arachnoid, Defeat, Grappler Spider, Somberwald Spider, and Woolly Spider I'm not thrilled about, and should probably be cut for some more lands or other cards. You're gonna want more than 32 lands in this deck.
Also, may I recommend Scute Mob? Spiders gotta eat, and this bad boy is an unlimited supply of food that'll make your opponents say "No, stop."

It's funny that I see this deck just now. Yesterday I build a spider deck with some spider cards I had lying around, so there are about eight one-ofs for now. Some of the cards I included are also included in your list.
I found that Somberwald Spider is a quite good five drop. Arachnus Spinner and Arachnus Web should definitely be included since they are just awesome in a spider list.
Since you plan to play around Ishkanah, you should build the deck with at least a small chance of actually triggering delirium. Nyx-Weaver is already a good starting point. I'd suggest Grisly Salvage to put stuff into the grave. To the Slaughter is another instant to trigger delirium and sometimes even benefits from being delirious itself. I'm currently testing Verdant Confluence to have a better chance against stronger creatures and for a little recursion, though I'm not sure if Nissa's Renewal could be the better way to go.
+1 by the way ;)
