This is an unfinished Tovolar deck for a premade EDH deck league, each of which are engineered for mild competetiveness, and to be played against each other, with each deck intended to be in roughly the same league, and three for each colour and colour combo. It may take awhile to fill this out.

Tovolar is Werewolf.dec...or is he? It may actually be more efficient to run cheaper wolves than werewolves here, especially with Tovolar's card draw I've avoided some of the more expensive pups here just for sake of efficency, but this definitely isn't a mono-wolf deck. Standard Tribal Gameplan here-Swing out, make die.
