I play these cards in paper. Huh.

Well, here's a bit of a description, not a primer. If I ever write a primer for my janky nonsense I play for memes, I have lost will to live.

All that being said, most of these cards were actually put in the deck because I made a choice, no accounting for whether they're good or bad though.

Once choice is that a lot of my cards are signed. By people who aren't the artist. (Hah! You thought I was going to explain how the deck functions. No. Reading the cards explains the cards, it's obvious and cliche.) So yes, my cards are fairly devalued, but now I get to have an ex-boyfriend's signature on a Jace, the Mind Sculptor , which was clearly a good idea. An idea I've done a few times. I like unique things and nobody is going to have a Mana Drain signed by a "random" person. I bought 30-odd Island so I could have nice matching lands. (This choice secretly improves my High Tide turns.)

I should probably take Lonely Sandbar out of the deck, but it's too relatable.

Jace makes for some good cards. I'm probably going to put another Jace in here. Maybe Jace Beleren since I bought a Jace's Spellbook.

This deck needs more Moxen.

This Snapcaster Mage art is nice. It's also a good card. It's a wizard! Yay wizardry!

I think I made this deck because I'm a librarian at heart. By profession too, occasionally.

EDIT 1: Well, I've updated this a bit. Took out some cards that could charitably be described as wishful. ( Mind's Desire I'm looking at you.)

I also took out Entrancing Melody because well, there are better removal spells, and they're already in the deck.

I've added in Shimmer Myr and Dispel because they're generically good cards, and sometimes Phyrexian Metamorph + Shimmer Myr to copy an opposing Paradox Engine and win in response to their trigger is funny. If it happens once I can officially die saying I won the moral victory.
