This is a Combo/Control Melek EDH deck which cuts out all other creatures in order to fit in as many sorceries and instants as possible. It wins fairly consistently by making infinite copies of Eternal Dominion and putting every permanent from each opponent's deck into play, but even without going infinite it can generate enough mana to comet storm the table for lethal damage once the table runs out of answers. The best part is that it wins at instant speed, with no reliance on the board state.

The deck synergizes very strongly with the commander, but you don't need him to win. Once he comes out, you can use the card advantage he brings to control the board until you assemble your combo. If he is in play, casting proteus staff will give you the win, as it lets you stack your entire deck and then cast it with him. That is why I don't include goblin electromancer or other creatures. If your playgroup gets overly salty about the instant win, you can side in a Jin Gitaxis and just draw 7 cards instead.

This deck has a unique ramp package, which aims to get as many islands into play as possible and then use a combination of mana doublers and untap effects to generate dozens of mana. This package enables infinite mana fairly quickly with either reitterate or recurring vengeance, and then infinite copies of any spell in your hand, which generally allows you to draw your deck and cast quicken and eternal dominion to dump your opponents' decks into play under your control. I call that "winning with style."

The deck is effective in playgroups which outlaw infinite combos, because it can generate massive amounts of mana without going infinite.
