The Prismatic Bridge   will get you a free critter or Planeswalker each turn, Sphinx of the Second Sun, Shadow of the Second Sun, Obeka, Splitter of Seconds, The Ninth Doctor or Paradox Haze can increase the number through upkeeps.

Sisay, Weatherlight Captain or Captain Sisay will get you a legendary card..

Jodah, Archmage Eternal and Fist of Suns will let you play spells for for uber while Ramos, Dragon Engine can get you double uber each turn.

The goal is to get Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider onto the battlefield ASAP (Doubling Season will also work) and it's usually not too difficult do that. Either Sisay card or Demonic TutorGC will suffice to go get him. Once he's out, most of the planeswalker emblems are immediate. Look for the emblem from Tamiyo, Field Researcher for one heck of a boost.

Interesting combos are:

Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh & Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God for instant win.

Emblem from Tamiyo, Field Researcher & Tamiyo, the Moon Sage will allow you to cast spells in a loop. Demonic TutorGC is game over in this case. This combo can also be used to stack Teferi, Hero of Dominaria emblems, then draw a card.
