Vampire tribal deck.

It uses a +1/+1 counter sub-theme. I also wanted to exploit red's ability to steal enemy creatures and sacrifice them to some of my hungry vampires, like Indulgent Aristocrat, Vish Kal, Falkenrath Aristocrat and Yahenni (Notice how Insurrection and Mob Rule become so nasty along these vampires), but I don't think I have enough effects to take full advantage of it. Instead, I focused my build on tokens and +1/+1 counters. There may not be a lot of token producing effects in the deck, but Edgar's eminence ability is more than enough to justify Anointed Procession's addition. You also get Bloodline Keeper, Kalithas and the Sorin planeswalkers.

Lifegain is another sub-theme that may go well with Sanguine Bond + some more lifegain/lifelink creatures, but I decided not to center the deck around that either.

The deck is a bit short in card-advantage, so I selected the most Commander-efficient spells for this purpose that I had access to: Phyrexian Arena, Dark Prophecy, Decree of Pain and Skullclamp. I do wish to have some other solid means of card advantage and/or card drawing.

I'm very excited to see what the white Ixalan vampires look like :D
