Sideboard

My personal Blue/Black mill deck! Always open to suggestions! I've always loved the idea of milling the deck of the opponent into nothing so they are forced to draw and lose. A funny, usually unconventional way to win that can really annoy people who don't expect it.

The deck's main tactic is to mill your opponent so they lose to drawing with no cards in library. A lot of mill and control to try and keep your opponent from getting ahead while also whittling down their library. Kill spells like Go for the Throat and Rend Flesh as well as multiple counter spells such as Counterspell and Countermand among others are to keep your opponent from building up their board presence, especially if they bring out their commander or one of their main win conditions.

Graveyard removal, such as Leyline of the Void and Tormod's Crypt are a must as well so they cannot pull those cards back once they're milled.

Ideally, you'll get a nice combo together with Fraying Sanity, Memory Erosion and Sphinx's Tutelage. Drawing cards will make the opponent mill, and mill spells will make them mill even more.

I do have an infinite combo in the deck consisting of Duskmantle Guildmage and Mindcrank. I'm not a huge fan of infinite combos, and so I personally only go for it as a last resort or if I end up having both cards in my hand from drawing. Even so, I like games to be fair and not last only a few turns before an infinite combo wins, hence it is not the main win condition, but a last resort of sorts usually. These cards on their own benefit the deck greatly as well, and are not there purely for the combo.
