I had never done a creatureless edh before, but this seemed like a great one to start with.

Control the board, protect mizzix, and combo out with a mass burn, forced draw, or make you enemies want to scoop with infinite Capsize

I try to keep my decks budget so some cards may have better (read, more expensive) alternatives.

Some combos in the deck:

Isochron Scepter Imprinted with Dramatic Reversal + mana rocks (producing at least 3 total) = infinite mana of any color they can produce.

Tutorable with foresight

Fall of the Titans + Either ritual + Reiterate = infinite red mana to burn and copy the burn. (Alternatively, pull Mystical Tutor for the one cost, and use it to fetch a forced draw spell or Banefire for unavoidable damage.)
