The point of this deck is to slow down the game to a crawl and try and fish for my win conditions while doing so.

I can put Stasis on the board, Capsize/Buyback at the end of the turn right before mine and be unaffected, untap everything, slap down Stasis again.

I can play early artifact mana rocks and drop an early game Winter Orb and be unaffected by the mana issues.

I play with tax cards such as Propaganda and Ghostly Prison to stop attacking, and God-Pharaoah's Statue and Aura of Silence to tax all the spells I can.

I don't play many creatures, so I have lots of board wipes if my Winter Orb/Static Orb/Stasis is dealt with for some reason.

Win Conditions:

1) The main one I'd love to get to work is get Emry, Lurker of the Loch out, cast Mirran Spy after summoning sickness has gone. Then, I just keep using Emry to get Lotus Petal, cast it, sack it, Untap Emry with Mirran, rinse repeat infinitely for a massive Sphinx's Revelation w/Alhammarret's Archive out. Sac life to Aetherflux Reservior... everyone's dead.

2) I can drop an Opalescence and March of the Machines and make all my artifacts and Enchantments creatures for massive attacks on people. Cast Evacuation, Cast Opalescence, Cast March of the Machines. Massive attack with everything including the lands that become creatures. It's pretty self explanatory.

I'm just kind of unsure about the consistency. I'm not sure if it's going to be solid, and I'm looking for any suggestions. I've been out of magic for 24 years, so I'm not up on all the tech other than what I've been reading/seeing, and this is a deck I used to use back in 1998ish with Tradewind Rider and Stasis/Winter Orb, and Capsize. Just on a larger level in a different format that I never played before recently. Any info would be fantastic! :)
