I've narrowed it down to what seem to be 13 of the most effective cards for using Horobi's replacement effect ability, specifically cards that are actually useful if Horobi isn't on the board at the time. The deck has some typical mono-black win-cons: sacrificing Gary to Razaketh only to return him again using the Reanimate/Necromancy that I tutored for (if Chainer isn't around to help), generating lots of mana and Torment of Hailfire/Exsanguinate for X = all the numbers, and Bolas' Citadel into Doomsday, piling Gary, Viscera Seer, any two recursion spells and Beacon of Unrest gets infinite Gary recursion.
